  3. I want to shout out to Mr. Reed. I eat lunch at the brentwood location at least twice a week and have shared your menu with many. ON this afternoon, i saw 7 people come in that i had given menus to during my lunch. I even brought someone who was interested in having MGM cater.

    There was a problem with my lunch but i didn’t want to say anything because i didn’t want to taint the persons opinion that i brought with me.

    Today I brought this incident up to Mr. Reed and he took care of me. I just want to shout out about his customer service. I am the customer service information specialist for the Dept of Human SErvices and it is rare that i recieve the professionalism that i give to our clients demonstrated in another environment.

    I will be giving your catering menu to the director and the project manager with my recommnedations. They have catered events

    Also thank you. I recommended that you serve chicken salad and voila, now you serve chicken salad. It is delicious.

  4. I brought my 16 yr. old grandson to MGM last Saturday, a vrey picky eater, and he hasn’t stopped talking about his wonderful MGM experience yet! (He has the brisket and turkey sandwich on an onion rool w/every topping I believe you have available — including the jalepeno peppers!) He completed his sandwich, his fries, his two glasses of iced tea, and took his bread pudding home. He slept during the entire drive home, and I had to almost push him aout of the car to go in the house (We live about 20 minutes from each other, and I was anxious to get home after pigging out as well.) He called (rather texted me) last evening to ask if I would help him have a catered lunch for his dad on Father’s Day. I told him it would be my pleasure. Today, I immediately called Reed, and even thguoh they are closed on Father’s Day, he is trying to work something out with me. MGM: Thank you.
